Kindly note that submitting an appointment request does not guarantee the slot. Only after confirmation from our team is your appointment considered booked.
3. Walk-Ins & Appointments Welcome
We follow a hybrid system β both walk-ins and appointments are welcomed. This helps us serve a wider range of clients.
4. Timely Arrival & Patience Appreciated
Please arrive on time for your confirmed slot. While we prioritize appointment clients, we also accommodate walk-ins, so a short wait may sometimes occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. Queue Priority for Appointments
Appointment clients are given priority in the walk-in queue. However, our stylists will not remain idle waiting for late arrivals, as they continue to serve ongoing clients.
6. Home Service Coverage & Charges
Our standard home service rates apply within a 5 KM radius of Kannur Town. For locations beyond this, extra charges may apply to cover travel and team availability.
7. Multi-Service Discounts
Booking multiple services or clients under one home visit? Great! Our team will assess possibilities for custom discounts, keeping your affordability and our travel/time costs in mind.
