📌 Service Scope & Quotation

• This quotation reflects the services specifically requested at the time of enquiry.
• Any additional or modified services will be charged separately as per our standard rate card or prevailing service charges.

🏡 Home Service Guidelines

• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any home service booking.
• Cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled time will incur no charges.
• If cancelled within 2 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be applicable.
• If our stylist has already departed for the location, a 50% cancellation charge will apply to compensate for time, logistics, and schedule commitment.
